Refund & Return Policy – Miss Merri
At Miss Merri, each piece of jewellery and accessory is handmade with care in our Christchurch studio. Because our items are one-of-a-kind and made in small batches, we kindly ask you to read our policies below before making your purchase.
Returns

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items only.

Change of mind, sizing errors, or general wear and tear are not eligible for return.

To request a return, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will issue either a full refund or a replacement (where possible).

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Orders paid using AfterPay are not eligible for refunds. Please choose carefully before selecting this payment option.
Exchanges

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our jewellery, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. However, you are welcome to place a new order once your return/refund has been processed.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
