Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy – Miss Merri

At Miss Merri, each piece of jewellery and accessory is handmade with care in our Christchurch studio. Because our items are one-of-a-kind and made in small batches, we kindly ask you to read our policies below before making your purchase.

Returns

  • We accept returns for faulty or damaged items only.

  • Change of mind, sizing errors, or general wear and tear are not eligible for return.

  • To request a return, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

  • If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will issue either a full refund or a replacement (where possible).

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Orders paid using AfterPay are not eligible for refunds. Please choose carefully before selecting this payment option.

Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our jewellery, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. However, you are welcome to place a new order once your return/refund has been processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings (studs or dangles)

  • Custom or personalised orders
