☕ Breaks & Refreshments

• Morning session: Break at 11:30 am

• Afternoon session: Afternoon tea at 3:00 pm

• Evening session: Tea break at 8:00 pm

Workshop Terms & Conditions

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience for all participants, please take note of the following terms and conditions before booking your place at our MissMerri workshops.

1. Age Requirement

• Workshops are suitable for participants aged 7 years and above

2. Maximum Group Size

• Each workshop is limited to a maximum of 6 participants.

• This small group setting ensures personalised attention and a cosy, distraction-free experience.

• Min 4 participants to kick off the workshop
  

3. Venue

• All workshops are held in our home studio in Parklands, Christchurch.

• Please note: this is a private, cosy space – not held in cafés or public venues – so you can enjoy a calm, creative environment with no outside distractions.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

• Please arrive on time so we can begin promptly and ensure the best experience for all.

• Late arrivals may miss out on parts of the workshop, and no refunds will be given for missed time.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the workshop for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 3 days of the workshop date are non-refundable, but we are happy to offer a transfer to another workshop (subject to availability).

6. Date Changes

• If you wish to change your booked workshop date, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at least 5 days in advance.

• Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Postponements or Cancellations by Us

• In the unlikely event we need to postpone or cancel a workshop (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), participants will be informed promptly.

• You may choose to transfer to a new date or receive a full refund.

8. For the Best Workshop Experience

• We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for crafting.

• All materials and light refreshments are provided.

• Each participant will take home their creation, along with a little gift from us.
